Why is my loan application not accepted?
Dear Customer Service at Cash now,
I am Ayoub Maqia, one of your registered customers in the Cash now app. My mobile phone number is 971588****90.
I sent you a loan request for 1000 dirhams through the app, but it was rejected without giving any clear reason.
I am surprised by this decision, because my credit history is good to some extent, and I have not been late in repaying any previous loan.
I want to know what are the criteria that you use to accept or reject loan requests, and what are the additional documents or conditions that I need to provide to increase my chances of getting a loan.
I also want to ask you about a friend of mine, who received a message in the private mail inside the Cash now app, stating that he was given 300 dirhams as a trial to return after a week.
Why don't I even receive those messages, and why don't I get a trial offer like that? Does this depend on the level of activity or trust in the app?
Please reply to my inquiries as soon as possible, and clarify the reason for rejecting my loan request, and how I can improve my financial situation with you.
