I am Kenan Saqr Al-Barouki, a Cash Now customer, and I would like to address this letter regarding a problem I have recently encountered.
I have been subscribed to the Cash Now program for several months, and I have been applying for loans and paying them back on time. However, a few weeks ago, my mobile device experienced a technical malfunction that affected my ability to pay the agreed installment of AED 784. As a result, I was late in paying the installment for three days, but I paid the full amount as soon as the malfunction was fixed.
I have a period of three months to repay the loan, but four days ago when I tried to apply for a new loan, the application was rejected without me being able to know the reason.
I kindly request that you look into this matter and help me resolve the rejection issue, and I would like to inquire about any additional steps I need to take to ensure the settlement of the loan and obtain the new loan.

ONLY KNOWS FOR PAYMENT AND TO HIGH INTEREST
Only knows payment, it's too big of interest. 1 day delay, and they're calling every second.
If you get the money, once you apply that day, it's your due. But, you still need to wait and take time; it's not on time. But, if you have some issues, no one replies urgently. And the customer service contact is not working.
How will you contact CashNow if it's not working? Even WhatsApp doesn't reply. It took them 3 days before they replied. Then, you need to wait again; 1 week now.
I paid early in an online payment, since August 8, 2024, but there's still no record in my system. I've already uploaded the receipt, but it's still showing that I haven't paid. What happened to CashNow?
They know how to get big interest. Really, I will attach my receipt.
