I have already submitted multiple complaints regarding this issue, yet it remains unresolved. What is even more concerning is that you have already added the loan repayment installments to the application, while the loan amount has never been credited to my bank account.
I contacted my bank, and they officially confirmed that no incoming transfer has been received in my name. Despite my repeated requests for the transfer details, including the SWIFT/MT103 (if available), the sending bank's name, the transfer date and time, and the transaction reference number, you have failed to provide any of this information. Your continued refusal to provide proof that the transfer was actually made is completely unacceptable.
If this matter is not resolved immediately, and if you do not either provide full proof of the transfer or transfer the loan amount to my bank account without further delay, I will proceed with all available legal actions, including filing formal complaints with the relevant regulatory authorities and seeking compensation for the damages caused by this delay. I expect your final response and an immediate resolution without any further unnecessary delays.
